These terms govern your use of Volumly, a Shopify app operated by PrimeStack Solutions LLC ("Volumly", "we", "us"). By installing Volumly on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.

The service

Volumly applies B2B pricing rules to your storefront via Shopify Functions and renders an admin UI for managing those rules. We do not modify your theme code at any time. Detailed feature scope is published on volumly.app.

Subscription and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in USD, $39 / $79 / $199, charged through the Shopify Billing API attached to your store.
• 14-day free trial with explicit conversion consent. We never charge you silently at the end of the trial — you must take an action to convert.
• You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time from inside the Volumly admin. Cancellation stops billing immediately; no proration of the remaining month.
• Uninstalling the app cancels your subscription. Charges stop the moment you uninstall — no post-uninstall billing of any kind.
• Founding-customer pricing (50% off lifetime, first 50 merchants) is granted via Shopify App Subscription Discount on request. Once granted, it persists across plan changes.

Acceptable use

Volumly is built for legitimate B2B/wholesale commerce on Shopify. You may not use Volumly to:

• Operate a store engaged in fraudulent or unlawful sales
• Reverse-engineer the Shopify Function or attempt to extract the WASM binary's source
• Resell or rebrand Volumly's admin UI without our written consent

Service level (SLA)

We commit to a 12 business-hour reply on all support email sent to [email protected]. "Business hours" means weekdays, 9am–6pm US Eastern. Live 30-day average response time is published at volumly.app/support. A reply means a human looking at your issue, not an auto-acknowledgement.

For Scale tier merchants the SLA is same business day. We do not commit to specific resolution times — those depend on the issue — but we commit to keeping you informed every business day until it's resolved.

Refunds

If anything in Volumly fails to do what we promise on the App Store listing or this site, email us within 30 days of the charge. We refund no questions asked. We've never declined a refund request and don't plan to start.

Liability

Volumly is a pricing tool, not a financial or legal product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from Shopify outages or merchant-side configuration mistakes. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. None of this limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Volumly after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You can uninstall Volumly at any time from your Shopify admin. We may terminate your access only for non-payment, breach of acceptable use, or if we wind down the product entirely (in which case you'd get 90 days of advance notice and a data export).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD — set to PrimeStack LLC's state of incorporation], without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes go to the courts located in that state.
